Hice un pedido y me enviaron un pedido equivocado. Atención al cliente rubicon muy mal tardando en contestar. Tardaron 2 días en recoger el pedido erróneo de mi casa, pero mi pedido nunca lo enviaron. Escribí varias veces a atención al cliente y no respondían. Tu que acabar escribiendoles por redes sociales. El número de teléfono nunca lo cogieron a pesar de llamar unas 50 veces. Cuando finalmente conseguí que me respondieran por correo resulta que no enviaban mi pedido porque están esperando a que les devolviera mi pedido la persona a la que se lo habían enviado mal. Se trata de productos que necesitan unas condiciones de conservación y aún así tenían intención de enviarme el pedido que había está varias semanas en condiciones desconocidas, en vez de enviarme desde el primer momento un nuevo pedido. Está demuestra que NDL no tiene unos procedimientos serios que garanticen la calidad desconocidas su producto y desde luego no recomendaría comprar nada en ningún caso. Hay empresas mucho más serias donde comprar.
