Shipments will be free if the cart amount exceeds €60 in the Peninsula, €80 in the Balearic Islands and €100 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

For shipments to the Peninsula, the estimated delivery time is 24-48 hours. If the order is made before 2pm: Delivery on the next working day.

If the shipment is destined for the Balearic Islands, the delivery period is 48-72 hours.

If the shipment is to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the estimated delivery time is 5 working days.

In order to make a return you must notify us within fourteen (14) days following delivery or collection of the order. You can do this by sending an email to info@ndlprohealth.com or writing to the address at the bottom of this page.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact info@ndlprohealth.com. If you have received the purchase confirmation and the order is on its way, the transport agency may refuse the delivery.
