1. Pure Vanilla Bliss Shake
Protein flavor: Vanilla
A creamy, refreshing recipe perfect for any time of day. Ideal to hydrate, nourish, and recharge in a delicious way.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of NDL Pro-Health vanilla-flavored protein
- ½ ripe banana
- 200 ml of plant-based drink (coconut, oat, or almond)
- Ice to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled and… enjoy!
2. Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Preparation:

3. Chocolate & Coffee Frappé

A cold, energizing snack with a coffee twist. Perfect post-workout… or as a treat that also takes care of you.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of NDL Pro-Health chocolate-flavored protein
- 1 cup of ice
- 100 ml of cold coffee (can be decaf)
- 100 ml of plant-based drink (oat or soy)
- ½ ripe banana (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Cinnamon or pure cocoa powder to sprinkle
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients until the ice is well incorporated. Serve with extra ice and sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa on top. Refreshing and functional.
