Estoy contento con la compra de Whey Protein Isolate Pure Vanilla Blis. Tengo 72 años y sé que a mi edad, incluso antes, es frecuente perder masa muscular. Durante años fui " carne de gimnasio" pero desde que me diagnosticaron por una parte, escoliosis y por otra diabetes mellitus tipo 2, dejé de ir al gimnasio y sé que uno de los efectos secundarios de la Metformina es la pérdida de peso. Con el tiempo empecé a notarlo en la báscula y en el espejo. Al principio se me ocurrió empezar a tomar Meritene pero leyendo su composición, vi que era "una bomba de azúcar" ...hasta que descubrí este suplemento proteínico que tiene una cantidad de azucar insignificante, residual, trazas, 0,07 o sea nada. Lo estoy tomando después de caminar una hora y de hacer media hora de ejercicios con bandas tensoras. Y me va bien, lo disuelvo en un batido con leche desnatada y me encanta por su sabor agradable a vainilla. Eso es todo. ¡`Gracias!
